The ATI Radeon X1050 video card is unfortunately not supported by the game. You need atleast a X1300 to play the game. But you may try updating the game itself by going to the medal of honor website and download the patch. Then restart your computer and try starting the game.

Were the correct drivers installed into XP.
It seems to me no video drivers are in XP and you are running on the windows ones

AGP is a bit old for win7, i'd drop it. that said, if the ati card is an addin perhaps your onboard (via) chip is causing the problem. turn it off in your bios so that the install never even detects it and use drivers from ati.

1) Go to www.devicedoctor.com
2) Download and install the software
3) Once installed load the program and click on scan
4)Once it has finished scanning it will show you all the devices that need updating including the vga card
5) Download and install and your done

acer.com shows no model 2940 at all
you think n2940 is acer model , no it is not.
that is the Intel CPU celeron chip inside ONLY.
here is list of them all. no I can not guess
but VISTA is HOPELESS no support now.
support ended 2017 for Vista by everyone.

that old PC is useless now,
VIsta is no good, nor is the hardware any good for windows 10
the resolution of the screen is poor
for 2 reasons
1: it is, on all old PC's (hardware LCD)
2: or missing driver for video from defunct Toshiba.

not on the top, ever. (the blue intel tag is not it) or the vista sticker.
but most this old tags are worn off, now.
so only going into BIOS screen 1 click
