Somehow you need to find the name of the manufacturer. If the store where you bought it can't help, try your public library. I would get the contact info for: Hamilton-Beach, Waring, and Black & Decker division of GE. Those are the big 3 blender makers. It's possible that one of them made your blender and sold it under the Betty Crocker label.

You might need to order one from the UK and pay delivery charges? I am based in the UK and it is tricky finding this part, but I think possible. I smashed my blender measuring jug this morning and I hope I can get a new one at [email protected] - just placed an order. You don't mention a model of yours but the one I found is compatible with several makes - check out this link http://www.viewpointdirect.co.uk/philips-measuring-jug---for-use-with-hand-blenders-573-p.asp. They deliver worldwide for a reasonably high charge. Else there are some other jugs you can find, without pictures though, which might be compatible with your make, at http://www.buyspares.co.uk. Good luck!

Check out the www.goodmans.com. The company is out of Florida and they do not charge sales tax outside of Florida. They have a variety of blenders for sale as well as blender parts. I hope this will help you.
Older KitchenAid blenders had a jar that was
made so the blade assembly could be removed for cleaning. On the newer models
the blender jar and the blade assembly are all one unit so you have to purchase
a new jar to get the blade assembly. All of this is dependent on which
model of blender you have.
