SOURCE: BC 200 XLT

It is Q201 on the front micom board.
Read about it here or search google for the word Q201 and BC200xlt

Any surface mount pnp transistor will work. Q202 may have a B6 on the top of it.

I had to change it on mine.

My scanners hasn't been turned on for sometime and wnat to program it but scanner is stuck on one channelBearcat Uniden 800Megs.police scanner model BC 855 XLT..

It used to be that you could reset a Uniden scanner by holding down the #2 and #9 buttons while turning on the radio - that MIGHT do a factory reset for you. Let me know.
