It does have an aux input with two levels but this isn't suitable for a turntable.
A suitable input should have RIAA correction with a sensitivity of just a few millivolts for a magnetic cartridge.

Try putting the unit in standby via the "SRC" button FIRST..., then press the menu button and cycle through to the "AUX 1" option and activate this....then press menu button again. When the unit is next switched on, you should have an "AUX" option accessible via the "SRC" button which will cycle through all of the availale modes ....standby-tuner-cd-aux etc etc.

Check the wires to the cartridge, they can come lose and need to be tight. If that doesn't solve the problem check or replace the connecting cables. You can confirm it's not the pre-amp of your amp by just swaping the cables. Then the left speaker should play up. If it is still the right, then there's a fault on the pre-amp. But it could be just bad soldering somewhere. Also take the bottom of the turntable and check the soldering of the cables inside it.
