Unpair from the device and re pair or change batteries. When batteries are losing life also. Check internet connection alot of times with slow signal it will boot you out of a steaming app.

Depends on Year of TV. If recent should already have Netflix app. Press the Smart button on the remote and then select the app. Follow the instuctions to log in to your Netflix account. SHould only have to do that once. Next time when you select the app it will automatically load. on some older Samsungs, you have to go to the app store and install the Netflix app first.
