i've never worked on your brand name stove but i want to tell you don't self clean it until after the holidays, when you self clean an oven it gets up to 1000 degrees, the heat can damage the electronics in the oven,if it does and you need a part ordered you won't have an oven to cook with for the holidays, after what i've seen i will never self clean my oven again with the self clean feature i use easy off just as good.hope this helps you out and merry christmas
Is there a stove on top. If so, you may have water dripping from the top down into the area just above the oven. Does this moisture form when cooking or is it present all the time.
If your oven isn't reaching temperature you will not get steam. Turn the oven on and verify that the oven is calling for heat by looking in the temperature window next to the arrow that says "heat" or "on," if the set temperature is 5 degrees higher than the actual temperature there should be a small red dot next to the arrow. Then observe the burner, does the exhaust fan come on, can you see the ignitor glowing, does the burner light, does it stay lit or go out after 4 seconds? You could have a dirty flame sensor, the small rod with a wire attached to it at the top of the burner, remove the flame sensor and clean it with a cloth, wire brush, or emory cloth.
yiou have to enter in service mode.

4- push 3 times tempeture button until #02 appears on screen
5- with the + button go to 67
6- close door and wait 5 minutes until it resets by itself.
enjoy your oven once again.
We solved this by pushing both the "start cooking" and "stop cooking" buttons at the same time (these are the ones showing a pan with steam coming out of it and a pan that says stop above it). While holding these down we used the plus and minus buttons to set the time. After doing this we were able to turn the oven on.
Turn the right hand button onto the ECS symbol. This is the cleaning cycle. Make sure you put some soapy water in the 'well' at the bottom of the oven. The oven is then steam cleaned.
