try and reset the machine back to factory settings or update the BIOS through the Cyberhome Update site here: http://www.dv-rec.de/download/firmware/ch/index.shtml

go find a universal remote that support cyberhome codes.

Unfortunately the remote for this DVD player is not being made anymore but the following website has a remote that should work exactly like the original.

You would need to contact the company that makes the remote and maybe Cyberhome for the code.

I found the code...

In the remote codes guide, the Cyberhome DVD player is listed under "Portable DVD"...the code is 2083...worked for me, enjoy.

I have a CyberHome CH-DVD-300 unit with a Dishnet remote. The remote code that worked for me is 724.
