OK...1st, did you have a power outage or brown-out(when the lights just dimmed or flickered) within the last 4-6 weeks? 2nd, how old is the unit--usually can be found on the barcode sticker inside the fridge at the upper left or right. I've seen this before. Without being onsite, it's hard to troubleshoot...when I've encountered this, it's been the main board, BUT, sometimes there can be a CASCADING FAILURE(where one board takes out another and so on especially if you've had power problems). You can take a $240 gamble and replace the main board--crossing your fingers that the display boards didn't get taken out. I noticed that when looking up the board numbers/prices, that one of the display boards was NLA--no longer available--BE CAREFUL making your educated decision. If the fridge is 10-15 years old, you need to consider options. Most modern appliances don't last more than that even if you take care of them--not written in stone, but.... I hope I've helped you. If you indeed have had power issues, consider installing a whole-house surge protector or having your power company install it(if they do that sort of thing) for a small monthly addition on your bill. It's worth a call to find out!!
