Wires got cut on my turtle Beach xo3 headset and I'm trying to rewire it to the Jack from my rig 400 headset Jack. They have a different number of wires... Does anyone know how I'd go about this?

Check on the side to see if the turtle beach is blinking red, or if it is pink. If pink then you need to replace the batteries.

When i talk people cant hear me though turtle

If you have an X1 headset...
Try using the X1 headset and mic with your PC (sound card). Green plug goes to green jack, Pink plug goes to pink jack. Can you hear your voice thru the X1 mic on your PC? If yes, then the mic works but the chat-controller cable is probably broken and should be replaced. If no, then the mic may be broken and you should contact Turtle Beach's tech support for help -- [email protected]

My turtle beach x1 mic doesnt work when i speak into the mic...how can i fix the mic???

What happens if you try using your X1 with a PC? The X1's green plug goes to the green Line Out (or Front) jack on your PC, while the X1's pink plug goes to the pink Microphone jack on your PC. If the X1 mic works with your PC, then the problem is the chat/controller cable and replacing it should fix the problem. If the mic doesn't work, then the headset will need to be replaced. Turtle Beach should be able to do that for you...

My Turtle beach X31 keeps cutting my mic out from chat so i can't hear poeple and they cant hear me but i can still hear sounds in the head set

That sounds like the chat/controller cable might be to loose in the headset jack. Turtle Beach has a newer cable available that should fit tighter. Their email is [email protected]

Earphones on my turtle beach x1's not working

Try using the headset to listen to your iPod or MP3 player. Plug the USB plug into your Xbox or PC USB port, then plug the X1 green plug into the Headphones jack on your iPod or MP3 player. Make sure the master volume is up on the X1 (inline volume control box). Play a tune on the MP3 player. Do you hear the music? If yes, the X1 is fine. If no, you should contact Turtle Beach tech support and tell them about it.

Everything works in my turtle beach x1 but people cant hear me speaking

Have you tried using your X1 on your PC? Plug the green plug to the green jack, pink plug to pink jack, USB plug to USB port. Speak into the mic and you should hear yourself in the headset. If you can hear yourself, then the problem is the chat-controller cable and you should get that replaced. If not, it may mean your X1 mic is broken and you should contact Turtle Beach about that --- [email protected]

Computer wont recognize the microphone on the turtle beach x4

Can you try using the X1 mic on your PC? Green plug to green jack, pink plug to pink jack, USB plug to USB port. Talk into the X1 mic. Can you hear your voice? If yes, then you probably have a bad chat-controller cable. If no, then your X1 mic may not be working. If that's the problem, you should contact Turtle Beach tech support for help.
