SOURCE: Jets don't work in the jetted tub.

First the obvious, most are electrically connected to a ground fault device, ether an outlet or a breaker. BEFORE ADDING WATER, check these out to make sure they are not tripped. Most all tubs have a minimum water level which must be reached before the jets will operate. This is usually a piece of trim located above the depth of the jets. Make sure the tub is filled to cover this part. If you cant identify the water level device fill the tub so that all the jets are covered by an inch or 2. Some tubs have push button switches or touch pads to control the motor, some have touch sensitive trim. There may be some sort of medallion from the maker on the tub, simply touching it will start the tub. Once you get it going most tubs have a built in timer that turns off the pump in 15 - 20 minutes. For more tub time just hit the switch again but keep in mind that extended exposure in a hot tub can mess with your blood pressure and cause you to loose balance or pass out, hence the 20 minute timer.

SOURCE: how to remove jet rings on jetted tub

It depends on the brand of jet and tub, if it is a gold or silver trim ring, they will generally pry off with a screwdriver, just be careful not to damage the tub when doing so. When prying, move the screwdriver around the jet an inch at a time, just like opening a can of paint. Some rings will screw on, but most just pry off.

SOURCE: Jacuzi M240 cannot get jets to work

It is most likely the control pad is bad, very gently pry it up going very slowly around the edges with a stiff putty knife or a blade, It will come loose, just be-careful and take your time. When you have it out, look at the bottom where the cable is attaches, if you see anything at all on the circuit board (blue/green oxidation, burns) the board is bad and will set you back 210.00 less shipping. If the board looks good, then it is the control box mounted behind the motor, this box will cost 320.00 less shipping. If you plan on keeping the tub, replace both control pad and box at the same time. Control pad no. M465000 Control box S474000 Both can be found on the internet by their part numbers on google.

I have a whirlpool tub and need to find some caps to cover the jets. Not sure what brand tub is, sides are all covered. Can you help?

try a plumbers shop as it is a whirlpool tub
you state that it is a whirlpool tub then you say don't know what brand of tub it is
whirlpool is a brand name
any way the plumbers display of bathroom units and tubs will help you as the jets used are generic and not specific for the tub

Replacing jet

When you installed the new jet, did you install a new gasket on the wall fitting or use 100% RTF type silicone?
In order to seal a wall fitting that is cracked an leaking, the replacement must have either the gasket or silicone to seal the wall fitting against the wall of the tub or it will leak when filled with water.

I have installed a brand new 4 hp pump and a brand new Balboa heat and control package. I have wet vacuumed all the jets and removed filter. Pump is still weak and kicks off after awhile. How do I...

most of the jets in a Hot Tub are adjustable. the face of each jet can turn on/off. Make sure they are all open or you will not have good water flow and cause too much back pressure on the pump and cause it to fail.
check the jet faces when you turn the pump on.
also a dirty filter will cause low water flow so check that too. take it out and see what pressure you get through the jets.
