If the phone has a GSM line, all you have to do is trade the sim chips...
if you have the other kind of line, you will need to take it to your linephone provider to make the change on the system.
if that phone has a line from another company and you own a cellphone line from another company and its not accepting it, its because the cellphone is blocked...
you could try with a program to unlock it and risk bricking the phone.. but the possibility of that happening is low, just make sure the cellphone has full battery life..
i was out of the city, so that was why i was out..
