Chemical Earthing Electrodes help in meeting all kinds of earthing and grounding needs for industrial and residential purposes.

Gmax Chemical Earthing Electrode consists of the main earth electrode encapsulated within another pipe filled with highly conductive compound. gmax main earth electrode thus protected by the presence of the conductive compound and the outer pipe last beyond a normal GI pipe electrode. Highly conductive property of the compound facilitates the fault current to immediately discharge through the outer pipe to the surrounding area.
Gmax whole assembly of the Chemical Earthing Electrode is then installed in a bore made in the earth and the space around is filled by scientifically developed earth enhancing compound.

With an increase proportion of technology, we are manufacturing and supplying Chemical Earthing Electrode.
Specifications:

Whats the very best spark-plug for a 1995 90Hp Evinrude 2str V4

first things first. Go to supercheap, repco, auto barn and get your self a product called fuel stabiliser ( around $20.00 for about 150mls). I put in a standby generator and it keeps the fuel good for about 6 months. Next the plugs that you want will be a multi point plug (several earth electrodes coming of the earth to the centre electrode or non fouling plugs for the 2 stroke mixture) They will be available from any outboard marine shop. They come in different prices as to quality from around $7.50 to $15.00 for platinium plugs Plugs used in a car engine will not cut it so get the right plugs for outboard 2 strokes.

Trimmer does not adjust low enough

f your zero adjustment won't turn far enough for proper meter reading then the measurement electrode has "lost it's span" and will require a severe chemical cleaning (i use gentle heated muratic acid followed by a water boil allow to cool off before using ) or replacement if spec model allows for this , Note: heated acid is extremly dangerous and corrosive and you should use all possible safety precautions when using it

Rossi 220BZ Gas/Gasless Inverter Welder MIG MAG ARC Portable Welding Machine

The Rossi 220bz mig welder comes set up to use gas welding, that is with the Mig electrode connected to the positive terminal, inside the machine.
To use gasless mig wleding, the mig wire must be disconnected from the positive terminal inside the machine and reconnected to the Negative terminal - inside the machine. Open both the side coveres of the welder using a phillips screwdriver. Use a 13mm spanner to undo the hex nut holding the thick copper Mig lead to the terminal named positive, then lead it through the machine to the terminal on the oppisite side of the machine, labelled negative and screw it in place there with a 13mm hex screw. Be carefull not to bump any of the many electric parts inside the machine.
If you run the Mig welder in gasless mode with positive earth and positive elecrode it will blow the household electric fuse.
If you run the Mig welder in gasless mode with negative earth and positive electrode it will work, but the end of the Mig gun tip will get very very hot and start smoking abnormally from excessive heat.
But if you take the side covers off and rewire it (takes about 10 minutes) to negative Mig Electrode, the Mig gun tip remains cool and does not overheat. You will have to cut just one white cable tie, to get an extra inch or so of free Mig cable, so the thick copper Mig lead will reach accross to the terminal on the other side of the machine named negative. Stick the earth lead at the front in the positive terminal.
I did this on my Rossi 220bz mig welder.

HAVE A 1970 STILETTO THAT CALLS FOR A NGK B10EN PLUG, WHICH ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT PLUG TO USE. THANK YOU

Hi - I can help you with this. the N in the code B10EN refers to the earth electrode type(thick ground electrode type). You can use a B10ES - the S stands for standard earth electrode.

problem solved - regards

Pump won't chlorinate

This could be due to a number of different things. Will need more info from you. Did you put the recommended amount of salt for the pool size? Did you allow 24 hours and brush the pool bottom in order for the salt to dissolve on the initial setup? The Element that creates the chemical reaction may not be working at capacity or at all. The element and copper electrode will need cleaned monthly. See your owners manual under maintenance on how to clean those items. The easiest way to know if the element is working is you should see bubbles in the tube. It is a gas created by the chemical reaction, which is normal. Also, you may simply be losing generated chlorine in direct sunlight. If you have not done so already, you will need to add stabilizer. Hope this helps.

I have a problem with **** inclusion in my welds. I am using 3/32 6013 electrodes on a small AC unit. I am welding 1/8 inch mild steel plates in a 2F configuration. When I start the weld I produce is...

A number of things can cause "****" inclusions, poor Technique, bad fit up, Amperage too low, Electrodes damp---etc. Firstly you are using AC-- Check the Electrode carton for the correct ampage, then check the set up, this is the electrode use AC or DC, most 6013 work better on AC terminal setting dont matter + or -- earth.
If you weave too wide you will loose the fluidity on the weld metal, meaning you will be welding over the ****.
before welding the bead, start and iniciate the weld pause a second until the arc is established then move off.

Just bought a used karcher hds 500ci every now & again lots of smoke belches out burner is this a bad sign ? also cant seem to get the chemicals to pick up any tips

you burner assy needs to be cleaned , spark electrodes properly gapped and the fuel pump pressure set , the chemical pick up often gets clogged , and the chemical valve ( pump side becomes jammed ( a small ball bearing jams in the seat )
also clean out the diesel tank and clean or replace the fuel filter , if the smokes is white thats caused by water in the fuel , black smoke is too much fuel going to the burner assy or your ignition electrodes not igniting it
