Three beeps that repeat after a pause and occur when you power on your computer indicate a problem with the system memory. Three beeps that play and then stop as the computer starts successfully mean that the BIOS was restored.

Needle position adjusting dial not working

The needle, on the other hand, does not move in either direction, and the dial emits an audible beep beep noise, as if I had moved it too far in either direction . Because of this behavior, it appears as though I have gone beyond the dial's maximum adjustment range.

Juki SC-800 3phase. How do I make it run on single phase? Tried VFD. Gives alarm 0001 and beeps.

If a VFD won't work you are best to obtain a single phase motor of Chinese origin. They are inexpensive and available widely on eBay. Just make sure to get one within the rating of your fixed supply wiring. You can also get mounting plates of different sizes.

Juki DDL-9000B-MS when I back tap start beeping for couple seconds with this message on screen EO97 and won't sew so I had restart the machine.

The machine is experiencing a failure. Since the error code is not a common one (or it would be listed in the manual), you probably need to take it for service as it most likely a problem you cannot address on your own.

My machine stopped working, light turned on and everything but won't run. It's beeping and says DDL 5550 and then E24 144166. What is wrong with it??

Consult your owner's manual in the Troubleshooting section. Sounds like your machine is giving an error message.

Juki MO-634DE Stiching

I tried to find this on the Juki website but its obviously a previous model so not much info on there. But did find it listed elsewhere as a 3/4 thread overlocker.

So I'd guess at the following, it probably seams a four thread marrow (overlock seam) made with two needles and two loopers. And a three thread overlock seam where you use either the left or right needle, this would give you either a narrow or wider 3 thread seam. Image below of 3 and 4 thread overlock seams.

Lastly, I would suggest that the D denotes Differential feed, this is a feature that controls the two feed dogs in the machine and gives you the ability to set them to move at different speeds - very handy to control the fabric feeding but also used decoratively for lettuce edging.

Rolled hem - most overlockers of 3/4 variety will also do a rolled hem; however, I can't actually confirm if this model does or not. But look around for a retractable stitch ****** in the foot or needle plate or a second needle plate in the accessory case. Rolled hemming is also very useful and most models will do it now; just variation in how you actually set it up to do so. Bernettes you flick a lever in front of the needle/foot area, earlier Elnas like the L3 and L4 you needed to change the needle plate and a little ****** in the presser foot.

Of course, you could email the local distributor for Juki in your country and ask them and this may be the best way to check. Just copy this into your browser

The DDL 8500. is a high quality, single needle, straight stitch, industrial machine. If it is still in a good condition and the present owner is prepared to guarantee it for at least 3 months, it is a good buy. Retail for app. $790.00 new.
