Ask Phillips this directly.

there are near zero PBX owners here, and is not a computer.

get the manual there, be super smart , no?

SOURCE: on 308 pansonic pbx (kx-t7730),

When you take this unit out of the box, you get programming instructions. One of them is the ringing (program 408) for day mode. (409/410 for night and lunch). By default, all phones ring on all lines in all 3 modes. You have to remove the ring to make it go away.

SOURCE: Is there anyway to disable operator assisted calls

Yes there is. Unfortunately, this is something that you should contact your vendor to set up for you.

You need to set the time on the PBX the phone is connected to. Please refer to the documentation for the PBX.

My usb ports won't work at all is there a way to fix this??

Hi if doing this dont help Settings --> System Settings --> Restore Default Settings

if changing the settings dont get them working then this will mean the usb ports will need replacing sony charge $100 for this fix so its not cheap, i repair them for 25 pound plus parts but im in UK so probably no help to you.

how ever you can charge your controls on your laptop or pc so you can still charge them and use them that way without paying out for the repair.

let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks

Mic fer guitar hero?? wont operate???

You don't know where it plugs in? It could plug into the USB ports on the back, into the bottom of the WiiMote or into the Gamecube ports at the top (unlikely).

Hope that was what you needed!

Which port

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Appreciate the direct "Ask Me".

As to your concerns:
  1. port my wireless internet uses - the WiFi does not use any specialize ports to operate. It uses all ports as deemed necessary to accomplish communication. This is effect is just a LAN card with no wires. Don't have idea what you need the ports for not unless you need to do port forwarding or for some games blocked by your router or firewall, but pls see below the basics:
  • by default, HTTP uses port 80 and HTTPS uses port 443
  • FTP uses port 21
  • email, 25 and 110
  • internet keeps on making this weird sound on my home phone - do you have a ADSL In-Line Filter/Splitter like the image shown below? If yes, pls check if the phone is connected to the phone and vice-versa. There are instances where they could have been reversed. If correct, it may require replacement.

Just a start, do postback how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa.

Lexmark x6150 unalbe to fax phone line is active using dsl

Hey Tony - Did you recently hook this up to the DSL for the first time? This unit is supposedly not able to work with a DSL line.

The fax modem in your AIO is an analog device and cannot be used on an ISDN, DSL, or PBX digital phone service. However, you can connect certain devices to your AIO that let you use the fax function in addition to these digital phone services.

To connect without an unsupported line:
Connect an active telephone cable from the AIO to the telephone wall jack.

To connect with an unsupported line:
If you use an ISDN phone service, you can connect to an analog telephone port (an R-interface port) on an ISDN terminal adapter.
For more help and to request an R-interface port, contact the ISDN provider.
If you use a DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) phone service, you can connect to a DSL filter or router that will allow for some analog (rather than digital) use.
If you use a PBX phone service, you can install an analog phone line for a fax machine.

If this was working on the DSL let me know. I don't know the location but obviously a separate phone jack is the easiest. Let me know. If this helps you fix it you can rate this as fixed. If you are just going to rate this as helpful I'd rather you please not rate it and just add a comment and say thanks for the info.
If you need more help just add a comment and I'll be glad to assist you further. Thanks.
