Low RBC and hemoglobin would be an anemia, with high RBC production, maybe not anemia but bleeding somewhere or RBCs are breaking down for some reason. Are your WBC elevated? Could be an infection somewhere.

To sign in to RBC Online Banking, follow these steps:
Go to the RBC website at rbcroyalbank(dot)com.

Enter your Client Card or username in the first field and your password in the second field.
