Where is the HS LOC button on the Clarity E814CC base phone

The Clarity E814CC doesn't have a Handset LOC button; it uses the Paging feature to contact the handset. To locate all of the handsets, press the Page/Flash button on the base with the phone system in idle (no calls in progress). The Page/Flash button is to the left of the Answering System On/Off button on the right side of the base. The button is almost aligned with the 1, 2, 3 number keys.

After you press the Page/Flash button, all of the handsets will sound the Paging tone and their screens will read "Paging". Press Talk/Speaker Phone on a handset or Page/Flash on the base, to cancel the Paging.

The Find the Handset information is in the manual on page 18. The location of the Page/Flash button is shown on page 8. The manual is available from Clarity Products here: http://shop.clarityproducts.com/products/clarity/e814cc/?cat=clarity . Click on the Owner Support tab. The direct link to the manual is http://shop.clarityproducts.com/media/ext/products/assets/E814CC_UserGuideEnglish_RevA.pdf .

I hope this helps.

On my cobra 29 lx camo i can read the lcd screen only from the very side of the unit, not straight on. what does that mean? every thing is lit up so bright u cant see anything head on.

I'm not an expert in electronic devices so this is only tentative advice. I've experienced similar problems with a couple of LCD digital clock displays and I found that looseness in the LCD panel mounting installation caused fluctuation of the clarity of display. Some added packing with shims of paper or cardboard strips to keep the layers of the LCD panel more firmly compressed together restored the display clarity. You will have to open up the device and go inside it to check this out. Observe electrical safety routines in the process. Other option is try replacing the LCD panel with a new one if possible.

How do i delete buttons from the menu screen

Hi joywill426,

Go to your OPTIONS screen, choose SETUP, then TOUCH SCREEN CONFIGURATION. Click on the ITEMS & DEPARTMENTS tab. On nthe left, highlight the department that you wish to delete items (buttons) from. On the right, highlight actual item to be deleted. Under list box, uncheck box for DISPLAY ITEM ON TOUCH SCREEN. You can then move item to the bottom of the list with the DOWN button. Click SAVE & EXIT. FYI: This does not delete item from inventory, just removes it from the display screen. You will need to cycle out and back in to department to see the change.

My system is workin properly but the screen resolution is very dim it seems to be very light ..... even we can't read any thing on that. i checked my monitor with another cpu its working properly can...

IT IS NOT HARDWARE PROBLEM
Change screen resolution

Screen resolution refers to the clarity of the text and images on your screen. At higher resolutions, items appear sharper. They also appear smaller, so more items fit on the screen. At lower resolutions, fewer items fit on the screen, but they are larger and easier to see. At very low resolutions, however, images might have jagged edges.

For example, 640 × 480 is a lower screen resolution, and 1600 × 1200 is a higher one. CRT monitors generally display a resolution of 800 × 600 or 1024 × 768. LCD monitors can better support the higher resolutions. Whether you can increase your screen resolution depends on the size and capability of your monitor and the type of video card you have.

Fax display screen always reads, "Auto receive". When attempting to fax, the busy light flashes. Busy light stops flashing for 30 seconds, then starts flashing again.
Above is the default settings for the fax.

NGB0 indicates signal error or line condition error.
U need to check the phone line. U can hook any single line phone to the phone line, check for tones without background noise.
