To factory reset your golf buddy WTX open the battery cover and you'll find a small hole concealed Underneath
the black plastic sticker on the bottom right corner of the unit. Then remove the black sticker and insert an object such as a paper clip the press and hold down the reset button. While holding down the reset button click the power button

Try a reset.

Press and hold the Power, Ok, and Down (or Up) buttons for about 12 seconds until you see progressing LED lights (red, orange, and green lights) on the bottom followed by "GolfBuddy" message. This reboot will revert the firmware version back to its previous stable version.

Visit the GolfBuddy home page:

Then, choose Support, the link near the top of the home page.

On the Help page, choose the GT3 model.

On the Help page for the GT3, choose Broken Wristband and then choose Service Request Registration (so that you can obtain a replacement wrist strap.)
