SOURCE: mice ate wiring

Try to trace all wires and see if the metal part is still intact. Do not turn it on or allow electricity to pass yet! If wire metal intact, get some good quality black electrical tape and carefully tape all the exposed metal. When done, test system.
To prevent problem, use moth balls, fabric softener sheets, or pine sol soaked on cloths to deter mice & rats. If possible, use old- fashion mouse or rat traps with peanut butter to kill intruders to your boat. If you agressively eliminate them, the problem will be solved, but you may have to periodically repeat the trap use.

Oil pump check

Those motors have a sensor on the oil pump drive gear that senses the oil pump drive shaft spinning. That sensor could be going out giving a false code. You can take off the oil line exit on the pump and crank the motor up for no more than a minute to check for oil flow. It won't be much at all....a dribble is all you can expect on idle. The most common problem is the oil tank on the motor itself or the sensor probe in the tank. The float can fall off giving a false signal as well. Make sure the cap and hoses are tight on the remote oil tank as the motor pressurizes the tank to push oil to the motor reservoir.

94 200 hp evinrude ocean pro 20ft hydra sport. Can't get on a plane runs top end at 4000rpm at 23mph. New fuel pump. Replaced all filters cyl are fine and has good comp. Need help Thanks

Sounds like you have a serious drag or weight issue on the boat.
Could also be the wrong propeller for the setup.
If that is not it try cleaning carbs with seafoam and adding seafoam to fuel.
