But if you are talking about iWatch...
instead of the simple APPLE WATCH
(quartz movement... ordinary watch battery = no charge)
If it is locked with iCloud lock, you will need to contact the vendor and get them to unlock it via their account. If they refuse you can dispute it with eBay. Also I think if you have proof of purchase, an Apple Store will unlock it for you.
There is no workaround to this without help from Apple. The lock is not on the iPhone itself, the lock is on Apple Servers. So you need to call Apple support for advice. But the only way they would unlock it for you is if you provide a proof of purchase that states the device serial number.
As of right now no iPhones will work on any carriers other than AT&T, unlocked or not. AT&T has exculsive rights to the iPhone until 2012, so unless you put an AT&T sim card in the iPhone it will not transmit.
Plus even if you could get the phone to work on another service providers network, as soon as you plugged the phone in to your computer, iTunes would disable it...
