I have nokia n72 when i open my memory card details it show memory card is corupted and when i open my memory card sms its shows system error-20 and sometimes when i open contact it shows same...pls give me some suggetion wht should i do....

This problem comes when phone memory is full, Please delete or move any pictures or videos you have saved in phone memory to memory card, or external source via connecting to PC. Other possibility is that you have so many sms messages in your inbox, and normally when you switch on your cellphone, it will take around 15 to 20 minutes to load sms memory, and when you try to open inbox, It gives you error that memory not ready, Solution: Remove the sim card, and switch on the phone, wait until it fully initializes and takes phone memory intact, like when you are able to open sms messages, For checking free space in phone, Open Messages Go to options, > Memory status, it will show you the Total memory status of your phone, including free space, If you require your sms, take a backup on computer, via connecting your phone to Nokia PC Suite, and delete all unnecessary items in phone memory including SMS, in this phone there is a limitation of sms moving to memory card, so frree up space in phone memory and restart once, and you should be able to use phone features without any problem,

Hi,
There are several reasons related to this problem, like virus, message memory storage, phone memory full, etc..
First remove your memory card and check whether the error is still there or not. If so, try to delete files from your phone memory, like sms, songs, bluetooth received files, photos etc..
If there's not error, after the memory card is removed, then check your memory card, if possible scan it and try again. I would suggest you to format it after backing up the files, contacts, etc...
Set the message storage to your memory card directory not your phone memory. If you have problem doing this, please let me know so that I can assist you.

when i open my messaging it shows insufficient memory close some application and goes away.

just install nokia pc suite in your pc and then choose the option to backup, then all ur messages will be saved

dude,You will need to format your memory card, because i had this same problem and after formatting.. it is working fine..

open the folder, mark the messages, set destionation as phone memory, then copy them

just format your memory card..
there is one option in your memory card menu.. that format memory card.. u will do format from there not from computer.. after formatting your memory card is working properly

You have to choose the simple way to remove the password in your , Follow the steps below...

Insert the memory card into the card reader or any mass storage device into your computer

• go to the file <memorycard>:/system then find the file "mmc store".and rename the file to "mmcstore.txt" (Hidden file should be made as shown from tools->Folder option->Show hidden files)
• Now open the file in notepad ,
• No you will see the password.
