The machine is in offline mode - Turn ONline
Connector issue - Check printer cable to resolve
Mchine not selected correctly in the application - check printer settings in windows or app
Printer driver issue - Visit the sharp website and download the printer driver and reinstall

Check tray setting size
check size of paper

replaced your toner cartridge with a new one, if you install a new one and it didn't work and still F2 flashes, the cartridge that you buy is not suitable for your country, always ask for a genuine toner, do not use compatible toners for your copier.

The usb cannot be switched off in either service of customer modes. have you tried using the parrallel port? Maybe it is a computer issue, wrong drivers perhaps, try a different usb port on your machine

1. Uninstall the previous driver
2. Re-install the driver ( do not connect the usb cable at this time )
3. After driver installation, the pc will ask you to connect the usb, do this and it should be OK
