Hi,
Just some routine checks. Are you sure you have not run out of ink in any of the cartridges? You do not say your printer type or model. Have a visual check if the cartridges are made of opaque plastic, are they empty? Try and find out how to run a test page for your printer (check the manual) and make sure there are at least three colours (pink, blue and yellow) as well as black.
Also, this may seem like a silly question, but stranger things have happened... Are you printing on white paper?

I'm no expert, but I think that you have a problem with the convergence
of the 3 color guns. I've been working on a similar problem. As a first
step, have you tried "Magic Focus?" The Magic Focus button for the
Hitachi 53UDX10B is at the left of the small front panel controls that
also include your RCA composite and SVideo connectors. Let the set warm
up for about 20 minutes (as recommended by the user guide), and then
press the Magic Focus button. When you press the Magic focus button,
the set will auto align the 3 color guns. If this doesn't fix your
problem, unplug the TV for at least 4 hours and try again.

try going into your printers properties and look for a print quality tab. One of the tabs will allow you to change your print style on pictures. Or the HP software that came with the printer should allow you to modify the print quality.

I'm assuming that you have tried to cure the tv by reseting it from the menu and it didn't helped.
The symptoms you describe indicate that the image processor no longer decodes the colors correctly. Since it's glued on the motherboard it means that the entire board will have to be replaced. This is a job for a pro, i think it's time to call one.
