My Weigh Triton T2 550

Control: L1-SS-P-O-OL-OL-M-L2 In series, L1 is line 1, SS is start/stop switch, P is pressure switch, O is oil switch, OL is overload contact, M is magnetic coil (solenoid), L2 is line 2.
The voltage of M must be rated for the control voltage, across the line voltage (240V) or of a control transformer voltage, e.g. 240v/24v. A control voltage would be wired across the line, to L1 and L2.
Power: L1-T1-OL-M1, L2-T2-OL-M2. Line one to Line 1 on contactor, T1 on contactor jumpered to OL (overload heater) and out the overload heater terminal M1 to the motor terminal 1. Same for line 2, Line 2 to L2 on contactor, T2 on contactor jumpered to OL (overload heater) and out the heater overload terminal to M2 motor terminal.
The heater overload relays needs to be chosen by the motor full load current, a chart is given with a motor starter on selecting heater size. If no chart is available, go 115% of the motor FLA (full load amps) to select a heater size. E.G. 25 FLA motor at 115% is 28.75a. Sorry, no schematic available now, draw your own from this info. If using 3 phase, add the third line as duplicating one other line1 or line 2

The scale is not able to find ZERO and this can be checked by looking at the feet and see if any are stuck down, they have sensors in the feet and the unit checks and calibrates the sensors when it is powered on. .See if you can pull on the legs a little bit and then try it again.

Google a triton t2 300g digital scale manual and follow the directions.

Here are the basic ERR messages and their meanings:

• Error 0: Initialization
• Error 1: Instability (scale is on an uneven surface ex: carpet)
• Error 2: Unit may have been jarred or unit was overloaded (customer went over the maximum weight capacity)
• Error 3: Contact error (Feet were not wet for Body fat reading, feet aren’t big enough to reach sensors)
• Error 4: Body fat is out of range
• Error 5: Water is out of range

I got an ERR2 message and now the scale doesn’t work. What should I do? The following reset procedure is used when the scale shows an err2, err, 0.0, inaccurate weight, or some other unusual error.

1. Remove the battery from the scale.
2. Sit the scale on a hard surface floor.
3. Step up onto the scale, stand still for about 5 seconds and step off the scale.
4. Re-install your battery.
5. Place the scale back on a hard surface floor.
6. With one foot only, place just enough weight on the scale for the display shows zero’s or dashes. Once you see zeros or dashes remove your foot.
7. Wait for the scale to turn off again.
8. Step up onto the scale for a weight.

If the reset is successful, you should receive a weight right away. If you continue to receive one of the error messages above please call our Customer Service department or contact us via email. You can also try the reset procedure a 2nd time. Sometimes the reset procedure will work the second time.

FIRST TURN OFF POWER SUPPLY THEN OPEN UP THE CASE AND INSPECT THE WATER PUMP FOR ANY BUILD UP OF SCALE IF SO CLEAN WITH A GOOD SCALE REMOVER, ALSO CHECK THE PUMP IS NOT FAULTY AS THIS COULD BE THE CAUSE OF YOUR PROBLEM , ALSO CHECK FOR ANY LOOSE WIRE CONECTIONS .

Over temperature signal from motor temperature sensor. Error can only be reset once the display reads E.nOH. Causes:
*Resistor at terminal T1:T2 > 1650 ohms * Motor overloaded (getting hot) *Temperature sensor defective

hi ya, if its a triton shower valve & only 2 years old it should have a 5 year guarantee, ring Triton & arrange a service call.
it sounds as though the filters could be blocked & more than likely the thermostat requires replacing as its more than likely scaled up?
