By default it is 12345. But if you have changed the password manually then it is known to you only. Remove the battery from your phone for 1 or 2 days then go for the master re-set. By saying remove the battery I mean to convey directly remove the battery when your phone is switched on you shall not switch off your phone before removing the battery.

If you phone is an Android phone you can do a factory restore(This will erase all user data on the phone)

Turn your phone off
Hold power key and volume down key
Follow on screen instructions to factory restore the phone
