Best thing to do is talk with your doctor first. You seem to be describing constipation but without seeing a professional you could make things worse. Having very soft stools doesn't really help. An illness, coffee, poor diet or stress could cause soft stools. If you do have constipation it may be dehydration, poor diet, lack of exercise, too much daily stress or you may have a medical issue. How much water do you drink daily? Do you drink coffee daily. Coffee can act as a natural laxative. Your doctor will ask you questions about your personal health, family medical history, possibly recommend a laxative, run blood work or depending on your age. They may want to schedule you for a colonoscopy. I wrote down some facts but it is truely up to you to make the next move. Maybe there is something you can change or do to help yourself or maybe you need to see your doctor. Either way I hope you feel better soon and wish you good luck.

I would say that the left hand brake caliper is not releasing and either needs replacing or have a repair kit fitted.
Or the constant velocity joint on the left is seizing up due to either road dirt ingress or a cracked bearing
Brakes
When you apply the brakes the piston inside the caliper is supposed to move out to apply pressure to the brake pads.
When you remove the braking effort it is supposed to relax allowing the pad to release
Yours is not doing that so it will cause the car to pull to one side.

If you have an ice maker, check for a leak in the water line. If no ice maker, there could be a leak in the pan for the defrost water, or the drain hose is out of position. Also, check to see if the water is actually leaking out from the freezer door. That would indicate a clogged drain. The bottom inside the freezer may have water, or ice on it. If so, suspect the clogged drain.
