At the back of the chair, there will be a power socket. The fuse is coupled into that socket.

Get its PCB checked for any shorting or ask a technician to brush up the whole pcb with some alcohol and try 5A fuse instead of 4A. You can also look for latest Jade massager bed Carefit 5000 which is more advanced than a massage chair

Depending on how much current came down the line will determine how much damage has been done, it could have blown any circuit boards or even the motor, contact your electricity provider, they are liable for any damage.

Test the resistor for continuity if it has a continuity readind with the power off then it is bad, you can get the replacement parts at radio shack and change the fuse and the resistor out with a soldering gun.
