There is no way to get to your battery. Apple makes their phones really closed. To replace a battery you must have special tools and special skills. and to replace the battery, you first have to buy one. You won't find these batteries in a phone store.

Battery Replacement Instructions 1. Turn over the scale and open the battery door. (Push ribbed switch and pull up) 2. Replace old batteries with two new 3V Lithium batteries (CR2032). 3. Close battery door. 4. Properly dispose of old batteries.
There is nothing holding the batteries in place once the battery door is opened. If the batteries are difficult to remove, use a small screwdriver to gently pry up on the battery or simply after opening battery door invert the scale and shake.

Open the shaver:
1) Use a small flat screw driver pry off the bottom (where the cord plugs in)
2) Remove the silver sides
3) Using a small torq driver remove the 4 scews
4) Open shaver
5) Remove circuit board with batteries
6) Remove and replace circuit board with batteries (or solder in the new batteries)
