Sir/Mam,
Turn off the main power switch, ensure the sub power switch is on. The sub power switch is located on the right side of the control panel. Then holding down the Utility/Counter button turn the main power switch on. Close the front door you must keep the Utility button down. The screen will show TROUBLE RESET touch it sees a "OK" then power off the machine. YOU MUST WAIT TEN SECONDS BEFORE POWERING UP AGAIN!!!!!! If the problem goes away OK. If the code comes back, you need a Fusing unit or a High Current Device for the fusing unit. Which will be expensive!!! Sorry :( DO NOT KEEP TRYING TO RESET THE MACHINE! THE MACHINE IS TELLING YOU THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!!! A Fire could occur and that would ruin a perfectly good day!!!!

I got the same error message. I took out all four cartridges and replaced them. Still the same error. I noticed from another post here to check the little white wheels on the end of the cartridge. The yellow one was really tight and I could not move it with my fingers. I sprayed just a bit of WD-40 on the white wheel and then tried to move it. It took a couple of sprays, but got the wheel to turn. Put in back in the printer and powered it up and everything is fine.
SOURCE: there is an error code
Abnormally high toner density detected Black TRC sensor-
1. Correct the TRC Connection on the underside of the imaging unit if faulty
2. Reinstall black image unit
3. Change image unit
4. Change PWB-M
5. Change PWB-MFP
you can try # 2 then run 20-30 sky shops (copies with lid up to make black copies) put a white piece of paper over lead edge section of copy glass so you are only making 1/2 black copies if you don't the copy may jam in the fuser due to excess toner. after running copies turn machine off for 10 secs to reset and power backon. if problem continues I would change the image unit.
