How do I reset the password on a Tranz 330 terminal. I have had this unit for a long time and have not used it in awhile so I have forgotten the information and the paperwork is lost. Please help. I'm opening up a store in a couple of weeks and need to see if it still will work. Thanks

All tranzs are designed to work on analog phone lines. It might work for a short time on digital or VOIP, but it can burn out your modem. There are no internet connections built for this terminal

Once you "Batch Out" or do a "Settlement" on your credit card terminal you have cleared any/all transaction info from the terminal and cannot print/reprint/void any of the transactions. Detailed reports can be acquired from your processor in most cases.

The error message "Programming Err 0" means that the terminal memory has been corrupted. The only way forward is to acknowledge the situation and reload the terminal application.

If you press the [1] and [FUNC/ENTER] key at the same time, oten the message will go away. However, you will have a terminal with no programming in it. You will need to call your processing company and get a new load.
