I use a spatula to stick between the door and machine to push the lever open.....

I have an Onix 3011 and the door will not open after the end of the cycle. Can anyone give me any idea how to open the door.

My manual says wait 1 minute after the cycle, try turning it off and then try to open the door, if this doesn't work the spring lever has become loose like mine you will need to unscrew the door to reach the lever but be careful I've done it and found my spring and lever where out of place and now I don't know how to put it back in properly to make the spring work properly.

What is causing error codes F06 E01?

This error message means an electronic communications problem. Press pause/cancel twice to cancel the error and then disconnect the power cord from the outlet, wait few minutes, plug the power cord back in and select a new wash cycle.

If you see the same error again then you need to check the connections located between the drive motor and motor control unit.
