My lens on my fuji s7000 currently broke. It won't go in and out when I turn my camera on and off, and it no longer zooms correctly...instead it focuses when i press the zoom buttons. I need to know where I can buy an original lens, to swap out.

If the lines are reproduced in the pictures taken, then the image sensor located behind the lens is starting to fail. The problem will usually get progressively worse until you won't be able to shoot regular pictures anymore.
Call Fuji and ask about repair. You can get a quote from a third party here: Repair.
The lens is probably jammed internally. Get an estimate from your local quality camera shop. Sometimes the problem is easy to repair and sometime you'll need a new lens assembly (may cost more than the camera.)
Just fixed the same problem on mine. This is what I did: Unscrew 6 small screws around the lens casing and remove the casing (two layers ((rings)). Jiggle the inner most lens casing while you turn power on. The lens moving (i.e., auto focus) mechanism becomes unstuck. Voila. The problem in my case was caused by the dust that accumulated inside the casing and caused the auto focus mechanism not to move freely. Good luck.
If it is 'relatively' new then the best place is the place you bought from- under UK legislation they are responsible to repair or replace.
If you are not in the UK then look up the Fuji website for your country- technical help.
there is possibility they will direct you to a suitable place.
