Water on floor of refrigator. Our refrigator is a Frigidaire Crown series model no. F44Q18CC. We have never had the ice maker hooked up sence we owned our refrigator.We bought it about 5 years ago. Lately water has been collecting at the bottem (on the floor of the refrigator). Can I fix this?

Water collects INSIDE the refrigerator ? It is coming from the freezer. You have a plugged up defrost drain - look for a drain cup inside your refrigerator section agains the wall, this leads to a plastic tube that connects through the back wall of your refrigerator down a drain tube - see if you can remove this and with an object pass it through the drain tube to dislodge anything obstructing the water passage - if you do not have a drain cup in refrigerator then look in your freezer behind the panel you should see a drain hole below the evap fan, where the ice melts and drains through the tube - if this area is iced up or blocked water will overflow to your refrigerator through the cooling vents :)
