If it is the user profiles that are password protected then go here to download a password removal utility. It is an image file (.iso) so it can simply be burned to a CD using and CD burning utility like ImgBurn. Burn the .iso file to a CD and boot it up and follow the on-screen instructions to clear the password to every account on the computer. And I know for a fact that it works because I've done more times than I can count.
