Is there a way to address a warranty issue on line?

I left a message on your 800 line to be called back this morning, still have not received a call. I'm loosing confidence that i will ever get through to someone.

Try logging back into your account and update your email address, try re-sending the confirmation email to your updated address. If you can't have it re-sent to your current email, call their 800 number or send them a message on their website. They should be able help you. Hope this helps.

Hello my husband bought one of your gps units. he has only had it about 6 weeks. he is a truck driver and been out on the road for the last month within the first two weeks of him using it..it would not...


You can get Garmin Warranty support by following the steps below:

First:

Contact Garmin Technical Support to receive an RMA number.


Call or e-mail a Garmin Technical Support Specialist to describe the problem and request a return material authorization (RMA) number. You will need to provide the unit's serial number (if applicable), your return shipping address and a daytime phone number.

Second:

Ship the unit, along with the RMA number, to Garmin.


Once you have received the RMA number, you also will be told what dock number to include in the shipping address. Ship the unit (insured) to the following address and include the assigned dock number:

My blue tooth will not turn on or even light up


Plantronics  Support Phone Number: 1-800-544-4660  I called in with a "noise" issue. Tech support stated if I have purchase date evidence the one year warranty is valid.  Send copy of receipt with the unit and a replacement will be provided free.  I sent it in with copy of my original receipt.  Turn around is 3-5 days after receiving.

It sounds like two separate problems, MaryAnne44. I have the exact same machine, but don't have that problem. Sounds to me your machine is ready for the scrap heap.
