Question about Cooking
I have a manual cigarette machine that does one cig at a time. If my tobacco is too damp, it compresses and won't work at all.
If that's the problem with yours, just leave some tobacco out on a tray to dry a bit, or (what I do, if I am in a hurry, ha) is let it fall from my fingers slowly in front of a heater onto the rolling tray. A couple of times and it's good and works fine.
The tobacco I buy is always dry, so I put half a potato or some bread in there to get it moist again and usually I overdo it.

Check the loading of tobacco. Visually, there are too many or few. Also check paper loading.
