hi you have a problem with your fan do you have the remot book how to operate the fan remote we lost the booklet for the instruction maybe you can send me a copy of your booklet instruction for the fan is your fan is from the compagny home collection and the brend or model tampa thank you

It's continually transmitting. My guess is there is a button stuck causing the unit to run down batteries. If no button stuck, you'll probably have to replace the remote -- it's a fulty transistor.

it also could be one of the the jumpers fell out of the remote
they are located just above the battery. you will need to match the placement of the jumpers with the receiver mounted in the fan.

most of my fan controls have done this to me. you know the reciever is working cuz the fan works fine. you need to dis assemble the remote completely and clean the contacts for the light button. mine are two small black dots that seem to keep getting slimey and wont work till i clean them, then all works like brand new again.
