Question about Zephyr Kitchen Ranges
The two small pins on the bottom of the bulb must line up with the small holes in the base of the socket. This can be tricky since you can't see it once the bulb is inserted. Make sure their nothing already in one of the socket pin holes (like part of the old bulb) and the note the socket hole locations and (lightly, using your finger tips) fit the bulb up into the socket and wiggle it until the pins and holes align. It does fit, but sometimes it is not without a challenge.

Use a large ammount of bluetack on the glass - and wear leather gloves for safety.
Look closely at the replacement bulb to check the type of fitting.
Halogens with point pins pull straight out. Thicker mushroom pins turn anticlockwise before dropping out.
Edison screws obviously unscrew anticlockwise.
If the above method fails for straight pin versions, wrap string around the body of bulb and pull out using string.
Hope this helps

Hi elenara, try applying slight upward pressure as you turn the bulb. Remember righty tighty, lefty loosy. This worked for us, now if I could only find a replacement bulb. Good luck!

I am also looking for instructions for PLHV36W6CC.
The fan is on right now but the switch is sliding back and forth loosely.
I just downloaded the manual but that was no help.
If someone has a quick solution, that would be great.
Please email me at [email protected]
I have stuck my hand up and fiddled around but besides just ripping it out, could use some help.
