My phone {Delete for privacy} is down. I'm a cardiac patient.Could you please fix it asap?

1.try deleting some unwanted msg,
2.on your web, clear all privacy data

Pls update your handset firmware. Phone is slow because you might not have uodated your phone firmware. Contact your service delear.
