Hi remove bottom cover you will see black knob with off pilot and on , turn knob to pilot push in and hold in press igntion button untill pilot lights hold knob in for 30 secs then release if pilot stays on turn to on postion if not try again ,

Look behind the ceraminc logs chained to the burner frame. They are metal plates with instructions. That is how mine is.

I am looking to get new doors for this model, no luck looking online. Any ideas?

Pilot is on, wall switches for both ignition & fas have been changed out. Still get NO flame when wall switches are turned on.

I have an Insta Flame Canadian Fireplace Manufacturing Inc. gas fireplace, installed in 1990. The problem is that when I light the pilot light, it will ignite, but it will not stay lit when the knob is...

sounds as though you need to get the thermocouple(copper wire that sits in the pilot flame) replaced, check first to make sure it is tight at the gas valve end, as they can loosen over time due to expansion and contraction.

Looking for user manual for Insta-Flame H20 fireplace

The Insta-Flame burner was a product of Majestic Fireplace/Vermont Castings, which went bankrupt and is no longer in business. However, Monessen Hearth, bought the gas fireplace and gas log part of the business. But, their new model numbers don't match up yours. If you could provide me with how old your fireplace is , the full Model Number and Serial Number. I may can help you.
