I don't know - that sort of information is likely to be known only by a privileged few and some enthusiasts. I suggest you remove the defective tube or bulb and take the details from it if they are still legible or otherwise pack it carefully and take it to your local electrical supplier to be matched.
Be aware many lamps are available in different colour temperatures such as warm white, daylight white or cool white and it would be well to pay attention to this detail.
In the case of a fluorescent lamp it is a good idea to replace the starter at the same time as the tube or bulb...

Faulty CD player or faulty control pcb under the laser unit. That's assuming it is not spinning at all until ages after it has put the Cd down.
