My Krups EA9000 and it shows error code 3. I brought this machine from UK to South Africa when I moved. People here who service Krups cannot find appropriate manual to fix this error code. Any ideas?

If the people in SA are authorised service agents they may need to contact the technical dept at Groupe SEB SA to get the info. It's not available online through the normal service centre channels.

Our Krups EA9000 just started "priming" before every drink we make. We have to empty the drip tray 4-5 times each priming cycle before the machine will pre-heat & make a drink. Anyone know why?

Contact an Authorised Service Centre, they are not simple machines.

Krups EA9000 Dosing of beans.

Plug it in, turn it on and then within 3 seconds touch each of the 4 corners on the touch screen in this order Top left, Bottom right, Bottom left, Top right that should open up the settings options for you, follow your nose after that.

Krups xp9000 will not brew, but grinds beans.

Timing is off

I checked my manual, and there is nothing about adjusting the timming. I'd call the White Co. at 1-800-331-3164 or go to www.whitesewing.com. Hope this is helpful to you.

Extra part came with EA9000 I have two questions. The tray under the coffee doesn't collect water like my old $700 Krups. Just the large pan, which doesn't seem to hold much water. Second there is an extra piece that came with the machine, does that go someplace?
