In this case you will need to contact the service provider or carrier and request the subsity code from them.
That code will unlock the device.

To remove your sim card from your motorola mb810, simply open the back cover of your phone,you will see the battery, memory card etc. all you have to do is remove your battery and your sim is right there,you take out the sim and recouple the phone back till you decide to put back your sim.
