Check for any jammed paper in the printer. If none, have the printer repaired by a service centre

Hi. we don't have this model. it is very old now. But, it is probably similar to some of ours, so I'll give you the usual info, and it will probably work.

The first thing to do is turn the key to each mode, and press your CASH key. If the drawer opens, then that was your problem.
If it doesn't, then try a flag clear:

Turn the power off at the wall.
Hold the RECEIPT FEED button down while turning the power back on at the wall.
Wait 5 seconds.
Let go of RECEIPT FEED.
You should see 'FFFFFFFFF' on the display.
press SUBTOTAL.
It should print out.
Turn the key back to Reg mode.

If you still have trouble, just let me know.

Usually EO8 means that there has been clerk numbers programmed into the machine and you haven't signed in. To reset the registers just make sure to take all batteries out and keep them unplugged for at least 45 minutes and that will drain all the internal memory from them. Then you can reprogram them the way you want. :)

SOURCE: Unclearable error message TE-4500f casio

Hi.
Yes, it thinks there is a printer jam. It may be the cutter. This can get stuck if someone tries to pull the receipt out before the machine has finished cutting.
There should be a small thumbwheel on the receipt printer with instructions describing how to wind the wheel to bring the cutter back. Make sure the mark is in the small window as the picture shows.
Some early models had a manufacturing fault that caused the printer to fail from time to time. It was replaced wth a new type of printer. If you have the new one, there are two motors on the receipt printer. If you have the troublesome one, there is only one motor. Casio agaents were replacing them for free since they gave so much trouble.

It means there is a wiring error in the door. The only way to fix this error is to get a new door. What a pain! I had the same problem and the freezer was only 1 1/2 years old - thank goodness the manufacturer didn't charge me.

You have to close the cash drawer to make a sale. E11 means drawer open while sale in progress. If that doesn't fix it, check the wiring to the drawer, especially the brown wire. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How will solve the error e029 in Casio CE 6100 ? I got the user manual but it's too complicated and not clear so pls help me ((

Sounds like you under tendered a sale and the register is waiting for the final amount to be paid on the last sale.
Try this -
Press subtotal. If an amount shows on screen, type that amount (without decimal point, so if you see 23.80, type 2380) then press cash button

We have a casino CE-250 and a C94 err cannot clear.

I think you mean a Casio CE-250. Error 94 on Casio registers indicates printer failure. Make sure the printer can turn freely and the ink ribbon is in good shape.

Casio cashier

Hi. You haven't given a model number, but it usually means you haven't logged on. press 1 then CLK#. If your machine has a row of buttons just under the keylock called clerk, then make sure one of them is pressed down.
