Appropriete driver may not be installed. use your motherboard cd to installm them. if you do not have it try to find somone else who has the same model as your and if they do not work again go and ask for a Foxcom motherboard cd from a computer specialist. it is suitable for most motherboards and it will install all the necessary drivers for sound, vga, adapters and so on and so forth.

You will need to make sure that Smart Cam is compatible with Win XP or not also if it compatible then Download the drivers of Smart Cam for Win XP and then install them.
