Initial hdtv-322 bought it brand new, lost the receipt. t.v. seems to turn on but nothing works.the volume or channel or menu dont work.

Unplug the power cord then replug it should reset the system

Are you just watching normal TV? May need more information. If you're watching cable etc.. check the volume on that device.

No there isn't. If you just bought the set from BB, then I would return exchange it or have their service department look at it.

you may try switch off the power 1st. than press and hold the source+menu+power on to see if it set back to normal mode. sometime it just got lockup.

you may also refer back to your credit card bank to retrive the record as proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, both the local controls and the remote are controlling an integrated circuit on the main board that does the actual work. I think you can expect to have the main board replaced or exchanged and this won't be cheap if available at all. I think this company is related to the infamous 'Ilo' that was once sold by Mall-wart. They were bankrupt but the leftovers may still be available.

If possible, I would suggest returning it and get another new one.

I would use the warranty for this problem. The part that need to be replaced can be somewhat expensive.
With the credit card statement, you can use that as a receipt.

If you are connected to any kind of box (satellite for example), there is only one channel that the TV sees; usually 3 or 4.

The channel changes are limited to the box.
