This tv is basically the same as the ILO 32HD. Look for posts on this model and you will understand that these tv's are "disposable" and the manufacturer will not stand behind them.

Unfortunately, both the local controls and the remote are controlling an integrated circuit on the main board that does the actual work.
I think you can expect to have the main board replaced or exchanged and this won't be cheap if available at all.
I think this company is related to the infamous 'Ilo' that was once sold by Mall-wart.
They were bankrupt but the leftovers may still be available.
I would use the warranty for this problem. The part that need to be replaced can be somewhatexpensive.
With the credit card statement, you can use that as a receipt.
