I need to return camera. 2 pics. and batteries go dead. where do I send it?

1. Is your card very full of pics? More pics just slow down a card.2. Is your card a "cheap" slow-speed card? If so, it can't keep up. If your camera uses SD cards, get a class 6 or better.3. After downloading your pics to your computer, get in the habit of formatting the card in the camera to erase it and return it to original condition.

Is your newly charged battery are new? Maybe your battery is worn out already. Or buy a new rechargable batteries and observe. Remember do not over charge your battery, this is always the reason why your battery got easily worn out. Thanks

How to extend your battery life?

1. Use power saving features (using a power saving modes). Limit activites such as reviewing pictures/videos on the LCD.
2. Dirt on the battery contacts can affect battery life. Wipe the contacts with clean,dry cloth before loading the battery in the camera.
3. Battery performance is reduced at temperatures below 41 F(5 degree celcius). When using your camera in cold weather, keep spare batteries warm. Do not discard cold batteries; when they return to room temperature, they may be usable.

Go into the menu and find "reset" and follow the on-screen instructions. If this does not solve the problem, then you need to return the camera.

If your camera works, be happy. Use a card reader to download your pics to a folder you create on your desktop. From there, you can send your pics anywhere you want.

i use alkaline batteries in my kodak camera DX 4330 and then i can't charge my lithium battery it does't work what shoud i do

No solution, according to Kodak online help - camera must be returned to Kodak for repair.

you may gently try to push the lens in, but if you are under 1 yr warranty... i would send to repair
