I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE WHEELS IS KINDA BROKE OR THE SLOT ATTACHED INTO IT WAS BROKE.. DID YOU SEE ANY OTHER SMALL PIECE THAT U THINK IT WAS ATTACHED TO IT..?

SOURCE: Faulty Homedics SBM 300H Therapist Select Shiatsu.

My mom had the same problem so i unzipped it from the back, and once i started to take out the padding i saw that there was a wire unplugged so i plugged it back in and it worked!

Look at the teeeth on the smaller gear that drives the thing up and down. They are easily stripped off.

mine did that and I tried turning it on and let it run through the cycles with no pressure on it. then it found its own track again and started working ok, but I am very careful with the controller now. Hope it helps.

The SBM 200 Homedics massager makes a noise when used on the lower back. it sounds like plastic rubbing on plastic. It only happens when used on the lower back. The noise stops when I remove back pressure...

The power led light keeps flashing

Hi.
Give it a good 'knock' on the back (hard surface). You might hear a clink sound. I think it's when a cog gets out of line. My chair is fine now. You'll notice that the rollers start moving back to the off setting. So if it goes off and they are in the middle or top then it's stuck and needs a thwack!
