What I did to get pictures from my cell to my PC was send them from my phone to my yahoo email account (you don't need to get on the web browser on your cell for this.) So, to send it from your cell, go to the picture you want, hit the round menu button, go to "send in message" and send it to your email. After that, download it from the email, open it with paint, and save as .jpg. That should work :)

If you have forgotten your email address you can ask someone you know you've emailed to remind you of your email address. Then you can go to the site where your email is hosted and do a password reset. So long as you know the security questions you should be able to get access back to your account.
We are finding that with some smartphone purchases in store reps are setting up users phones. In doing so they are creating email accounts and passwords without involving the owner of the device. As a result. In cases like yours the person may not know anything and when they get locked out they don't know how to recover. If this may have happened to you you can follow the steps I suggested or you can create a new account and then add it to your phone. Visit One account All of Google to get started
Let us know if you have more info. We'd love to help.
