go to google and type in your product name. the manual should come up. but be descriptive with the product name. if that does not help, return the product and exchange it for a brand new one

Pull drawer fully forward, hold front of drawer and move it upwards, pull back gently and it should come out.

I'm not sure about the dresser drawers, but for the night stands and the armoire, pull the drawers all the way out. Feel under the drawer (towards the middle back), and there should be a plastic tab. Push the tab down toward the floor and pull the drawer at the same time. It should come right out.

Make sure the drawer is either nailed or glued together properly...also try a little lubrication on the sides od the drawer to make it slide in easier.

Can you remove the drawers? We need to move it upstairs, and it would me much easier without the drawers.

Try pulling the drawers out as far as they go, then put some lubrication where it's stuck and gently try and wiggle them out.

on some dressers there is a little button under the draw in the center that you have to push in order to allow the drawer to come completely out

What is the difference between a chest of drawers and a dresser?

Dressers are usually longer than chests ofdrawers and have 2 drawers that are long and not very deep. Dressers areusually shorter to allow room for a mirror to be places on top of it. Chests ofDrawers are usually taller and have multiple drawers usually smaller in lengthbut deeper and is more used for storage.
