You just need to reset it, hold down the middle button and the "Menu" button for about 7-10 seconds, or until you see the Apple logo.
Hope this helps!

My Toshiba Satellite laptop is stuck on login screen. Can't even put in password. Please help!!!!!!

Sounds like your keyboard maybe bad or disconnected. Try connecting a USB keyboard to it. Give the computer a couple minutes to detect the keyboard and install its drivers, then try typing. Otherwise your operating system (Windows) may be frozen up. If you see a spate of hard drive activity (the blinking hard disk light) after plugging in the keyboard, that would be the computer detecting it and installing drivers. That's a good sign showing the computer is alive and not really frozen.

Computer Froze

Use your Boot OS disks to boot from and remove the file and anything in the start up folder that you dont know what it is. If that doesnt work you may have to reformat.

Ipod nano 8GB 3rd generation FROZEN!

Don't respond to them. It isn't legitimate. There selling something and I wish they would cancel his account.

It could be the battery. Do you have an Apple store nearby. You might want to have him look at it. They will do that for no charge.

Best Buy can look at them as well if you don't want to go back to Apple.

Ipod problems

First and foremost, make sure you have the latest software INSTALLED.

If your iPod is frozen or won't turn on, connect your iPod to your computer, then press and hold the "Menu" and "Select" buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds to reset the iPod. Resetting an iPod will not affect your files or preferences.

If your iPod fails to hold a charge and it's more than a year old, you may need a new battery. If it's under a year old, I would suggest sending it in for repair.
